HSE Training Officer Al Naba

Education:- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Master of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Experience: - 5 - 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• You shall be directly reporting to AM - Training and shall be functional under the HR & Admin department.

• You will be working in coordination with QC / HSE Dep of Group companies.

• You will develop Content for HSE related training.

• You will also develop HSE Training related modules and tools, supported by appropriate PPT’s

• You shall assist in maintaining all HSE Training records of the Training Centre in ERP & other files.

• You shall in coordination with the AM - Training, organize Training for all employees of all the sister companies of Al Naba Group.

• You will conduct Company / Site specific HSE related trainings.

• You will also organize Training for our Omani Staff on different HSE topics in coordination with the & Omani Training officer.

• If required, you shall provide Induction Training to New personnel’s on HSE (including policies).

• You shall promote HSE culture everywhere you go (In office or on Sites) and be a role model for all.

• You shall participate in Risk Assessment and Management programs whenever initiated.

• You shall also participate in Facilities Inspections and in Audits.

• You shall prepare Training Data / Need Analysis for all the staff.

• After providing training you shall evaluate each staff either through a questionnaire (evaluation form) or by asking random questions.

• You will be responsible for continuous updating of training materials and to develop new material whenever necessary, including working with subject matter experts and other trainers.

• If required, you shall wait back after office timings or work on off days in case some urgent Training must be taken. You should be available 24 X 7 for any emergencies.

• You would move around on your own and provide HSE training to the staff in and around Muscat and interiors areas also.

• Maintaining the training records of all the staff trained.

• You would help the HR & A dept, in case they require you help in counseling of staff.

• You shall assist the AM - Training in performing day to activities and help in preparing special PPT’s.

• You shall help the AM Training in holding Special Training based on HSE or any other Topics for our Office and other junior level staff (Both Nationals & Expats).

• You shall be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all the assets in the CLD.

• You shall regular submit your reports on the status of HSE Training Programs.

Any other jobs assigned by the AM Training / Sr. Manager HR & A from time to time as per the needs & requirements of the Organization.
