Hse Technician

Summary:
As a Hse Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in accordance with local and international standards.
Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices and emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a safe working environment across all operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Hse Technician roles within the energy sector.
Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using safety management software and tools
