Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies, OSHA requirements, and industry standards.
  • Perform routine site inspections to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and monitor compliance.
  • Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and practical demonstrations on equipment use and emergency protocols.
  • Investigate workplace accidents, near-misses, and injuries.
  • Document findings, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures.
  • Monitor the use of PPE, ensuring all workers wear and maintain required safety gear such as helmets, gloves, and eye protection.
  • Assist in developing and updating safety policies, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
  • Inspect fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits.
  • Conduct fire drills and first-aid training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports.
  • Act as a liaison between workers and management to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
  • Encourage employees to report hazards, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • NEBOSH & Risk Assessment Certificates are a plus
  • Hands-on experience in safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
