HSE Specialist YOSH HOSPITALITY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Specialist to lead and enhance our health, safety, and environmental programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HSE regulations, and a passion for promoting workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies aligned with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend effective control measures.
• Manage safety audits, fire drills, fire alarm reporting, and lone working procedures to ensure employee safety and compliance.
• Lead accident investigations and liaise with external regulatory bodies as needed.
• Deliver engaging training programs to raise employee awareness and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and compliance records related to HSE activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is highly desirable.
