Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) section to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, procedures, and programs across the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to enhance awareness and competency among employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
- Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and best practice adoption.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by leading safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring readiness for potential incidents.
- Support the integration of sustainability and environmental initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Science.
- Males only
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE, preferably in heavy industry or manufacturing.
- Residence in Menoufia or Giza is required.
- Proven experience in leading HSE teams and handling section responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of local/international HSE regulations and practices.
- Ability to work on-site and handle dynamic industrial environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and environmental responsibility.
