Supervise and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with company and legal standards.

• Manage and guide HSE Technicians to ensure effective on-ground safety implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and lead incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Deliver HSE training and promote safety awareness across all departments.
• Monitor HSE KPIs, waste management, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to eliminate hazards and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain documentation, permits, and liaise with authorities as required.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• Age must not be less than 35 years.
• Strong, assertive, and crisis-management oriented.
• Valid HSE Specialist Certificate.
• 5:7 years experience in HSE, including 2+ in a supervisory or section head role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001; NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and computer applications.
• Candidates residing near 10th of Ramadan City are preferred.
