Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies tailored to specific project needs.
  • Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead safety training sessions and workshops, enhancing team awareness and fostering a culture of safety.
  • Monitor site activities for adherence to safety protocols, immediately addressing any deviations or unsafe practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution phases.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring they meet safety and health regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports for regulatory purposes.
  • Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve safety programs based on feedback and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a Construction Company in UAE:


- Holds Diploma Certificate.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC.

- Holds NEBOSH Certificate.

- HSE Certificate.
