Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards on-site.
  • Monitor and supervise drilling operations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with QatarEnergy HSE team as required.
  • Provide guidance and training to workers regarding HSE policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (mandatory).
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Onshore/Offshore Drilling (at least 3–5 years as a Rig HSE Officer).
  • Adequate exposure to H2S Environment.
  • Prior experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
