Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at earthworks and water-related project sites.
  • Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Prepare reports on incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices for corrective actions.
  • Train staff on the use of PPE, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections in accordance with Aramco safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to maintain safety standards during excavation and water testing operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship.
  • Valid Aramco HSE approvals.
  • Experience in earthworks, soil improvement, or water treatment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of field HSE operations and emergency response.
  • NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
