Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across various project sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs and safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, and incident reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for potential emergencies.
  • Stay updated on changes in HSE regulations and best practices, integrating them into company policies.
  • Support the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives and waste management protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an HSE role FOR SPORTS
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports, maintaining records, and using HSE management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules.
