HSE Officer Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

Experience:

3–7 years (construction / infrastructure / building projects)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

Certifications (Mandatory):

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
• OSHA / IOSH (added advantage)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and project requirements
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and permits
• Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety standards
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters
• Ensure proper implementation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
• Familiar with work permits, PTW system, and risk assessments
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently on site
