Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental compliance on site, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
  • Maintain HSE records and prepare regular safety reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in HSE in construction/industrial projects.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control measures.
  • Good communication and observation skills.
