Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at project sites. The candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and possess valid NEBOSH and OSHAD certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with UAE laws and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, and safety statistics.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by organizing toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety awareness programs.
  • Ensure all staff and subcontractors adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies (OSHAD, Civil Defense, Municipality, etc.) regarding safety matters.
  • Support management in achieving HSE goals and continuous improvement initiatives
