Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across all foundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, environmental standards, and industrial safety requirements.
• Lead accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels to build awareness and commitment.
• Coordinate with Factory Management to ensure full integration of HSE principles in daily operations.
• Maintain documentation and reports required for internal and external audits.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HSE management systems and policies.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Experience in managing emergency response and crisis situations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
