JOB PURPOSE
Lead and follow up on all safety issues in dedicated sites in the company defined by the HSE Excellence Manager by supporting, coaching, training all employees. inspection & ensure compliance of those sites with HSE policies & procedures. driving site initiative to continuous improvement in HSE performance in line with continuous excellence mindset of zero incidents.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description

Key Results Areas

• Maintain HSE certificates (ISO 45001& ISO 14001).
• Conduct investigation for all incidents & prepare related corrective & preventive actions.
• Conduct risk assessment to all sites activities & integrate action plans’ results with tracking system.
• Ensure availability of PPE according to PPE matrix on sites & its usage.
• Conduct & lead fire drills & prepare reports accordingly.
• Facilitate & conduct HSE induction training for visitors & other HSE trainings & safety talks to different teams .
• Follow up the implementation of NCRs program & generated action plans.
• Assist the HSE Excellence Manager in the development of a long term plan to deliver HSE objectives.
• Advise the Company Management Team in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment matters.
• Lead Safety, Health and Environment projects to assist in delivery of sites.
• Conduct HSE inspections & participate in audits at other business locations.
• Advise the sites' teams in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment matters.
• Ensure compliance with local Laws and Regulations & Company HSE standards.
• Establish new HSE policies and procedures as per requirements and ensure their implementation via related departments.
• Develop & Monitor safety KPI’s for incidents, internal audits, behavior-based safety, contractor management, Machinery Safety, ERP & tracking system for action plans.
• Prepare the annual operating plan (Budget) including CAPEX needed for projects.
• Lead & coordinate sites safety com. Meetings & follow up on implementation of action plans.
• Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and impacts associated with company operations.
• Develop and implement measures to mitigate negative environmental impacts.

• Daily compliance with safety procedures on-site ≥ 98%
• Number of safety inspections conducted monthly ≥ 4 inspections
• Number of recorded incidents/injuries per 100 employees = 0 or very low
• Proper use of PPE by personnel ≥ 95%
• Number of safety briefings / toolbox talks held monthly ≥ 2 sessions
• Time taken to prepare incident reports after occurrence ≤ 24 hours
• Implementation rate of emergency drills and response plans annually ≥ 90%
• Compliance with applicable Saudi safety regulations (Civil Defense, Ministry of Human Resources) = 100%

• Completion Rate of Environmental Assessments

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Academic and professional qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in safety supervision, preferably in the power or manufacturing sectors. include 2 years of experience in HSE management.
