Main missions:  

• Assist the HSE Manager in defining the rules and means of implementing the project personnel protection system
• Take charge of individual and collective protection missions.

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :

Ensure safety:

• Reduce and control occupational risks at the project level.
• Analyze risks (work accidents, occupational diseases, pollution, noise pollution, etc.).
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Study potential hazards during project implementation and project activity area.
• Assist the HSE Manager in developing and monitoring HSE plans and procedures

Train staff:

• Design and lead prevention plans at the project level.
• Raise staff awareness of safety issues by organizing fire drills or training them in accident response techniques (first aid, handling and transporting injured people, etc.).

Enforce the instructions:

• Ensure the reliability of installations (alarm systems, fire extinguisher, traffic lanes, etc.).
• Ensure the application of all new standards in force.
• Write safety instructions, from banning smoking in offices to wearing regulatory clothing (such as a helmet on a project).
• Monitor the working conditions of staff and intervene urgently if a specific risk is observed.
• Prepare periodic activity reports.
• Consolidate and implement the investment budget allocated to HSE
