Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this Role, you will:
- Develop, review, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management system documentation aligned with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
- Maintain and update the legal register to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Conduct audits, gap analyses, and recommend improvements to strengthen safety performance
- Lead corrective and preventive action planning in response to audit findings and operational feedback
- Support project teams with incident investigations, training evaluation, and field performance audits
- Liase with clients and other stakeholders when required
- Provide office administrative support as directed by the Head of Department.
Desired Candidate Profile
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, preferring Engineering Graduate.
- 8+ years’ experience as HSE Engineer, preferably within construction
- NEBOSH International General Certificate, Level 6 Diploma, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications
- Strong expertise in audits, compliance, workforce evaluation, and behavioral safety
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural construction environment and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- A passionate and innovative mindset, committed to advancing safety excellence
