Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Participate in monitoring the HSE activities, including auditing, sampling, and inspection. • Carryout HSE Inspections in his areas of responsibility. • Be responsible for the induction of new hires and all levels of personnel on HSE matters, with a specific attention to particularly hazardous tasks. • Participate in the investigation of all incidents, accidents and near misses. • Act and report immediately to the HSE Manager in case of dangerous occurrences and/or situations. • Participate in Toolbox Talks / STARRT Briefings and ensure everybody attends and understands the requirements. • Ensure all workers are coming with approved PPE at site. • Participate in Safety meetings, follow-up and ensure implementation of meeting outcomes. • Actively participate in the investigation of all incidents accidents and near misses • Ensure Fire Fighting and Safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced. • Report Incidents and Accidents to HSE Manager on a timely manner; participate in incident investigation and follow-up recommendations. • Participating HSE site visit, observation of non-compliance of HSE in site and ensuring PTW fulfilled as per the requirements. • Ensure site activities are carried out as per permit requirements and support HSE Officers in their day-to-day activities. • Organize the HSE Meetings.
