Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance HSE training materials tailored to various job roles and competency levels.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, inductions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
  • Track training attendance and workforce competency.
  • Lead Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programmer and workforce engagement initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen HSE leadership and workforce engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to source specialized training.
  • Create and disseminate HSE alerts, posters, newsletters, and communication packs.
  • Conduct Field Performance Audit.
  • Liase with clients and other stakeholders when required
  • Provide office administrative support as directed by the Head of Department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferring Engineering Graduate.
  • 8+ years’ experience as HSE Engineer, preferably within construction
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate, Level 6 Diploma, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications
  • Expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and LMS competency management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural construction environment and liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • A passionate and innovative approach to advancing safety excellence
