Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses for civil, electrical, and security system works.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE standards on-site, including safe work practices, PPE usage, and environmental controls.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation, including HSE reports, training records, permits, and compliance logs.
- Monitor environmental impacts, such as waste management and pollution control, ensuring adherence to SEC and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Saudi Nationals only
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an HSE Engineer, preferably on SEC projects.
