Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standardsConduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety auditsIdentify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actionsEnsure compliance with local and international HSE regulationsPrepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and documentationConduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talksCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and management
Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience as an HSE EngineerNEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification (preferred or required)
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and best practicesExcellent communication and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and under site conditions
