Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and program managers in implementing and administering site-specific SH and E programs
- Conduct audits of project sites to ensure compliance with Parsons corporate standards and applicable regulatory requirements
- Inspect worksites to identify hazards and provide technical input to control and eliminate SH and E risks
- Prepare and submit detailed written reports covering audits, inspections, and site observations
- Monitor work planning and operational performance to ensure alignment with Parsons Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program
- Implement occupational injury reporting, incident investigation, and case management procedures
- Create, maintain, and update SH and E training records in line with project and corporate requirements
- Participate in daily and routine safe work briefings with project teams
- Perform additional SH and E duties as assigned by the SH and E Manager or project leadership

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in safety, health, environmental studies, loss prevention, or a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Recognized health and safety certifications such as ADVETI, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001, NEBOSH Diploma, ADOSH SF OSHMS Practitioner A or B, First Aid, and Fire Safety
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant health and safety experience within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE federal and local SH and E regulations, reporting procedures, and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to attend in-person interviews in the UAE
