Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor company HSE policies, standards, and safety procedures at the site.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local and international HSE regulations.
  • Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers.
  • Investigate accidents or near misses and prepare incident reports.
  • Maintain updated HSE documentation, reports, and permit systems.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe working practices.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 2–8 years of experience in HSE / safety roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment, hazard control, and safety procedures.
  • Good communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site, handle multiple teams, and follow regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead safety initiatives
