Roles & responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of Hydrocarbon exploration & production industry
• Drilling, completion and workover of wells; production installation operations and construction projects.
• Hazards & risks (including risk assessment and risk matrix) and relevantcontrol measures / barriers.
• Hierarchy of control measures, effectiveness of control measures and performance standards for barriers.
• HSE procedures like HSE Induction, TBT, JSA, PTW, PPEs, safety observation programs (such as Take-5, STOP).
• HSE requirements such as policies, standards and regulations.
• HSE Assurance process (Auditing principles and procedures).
• HSE data collection and reporting.
• HSE planning and managing contractor safety.
• Incident reporting requirements and Incident Investigation Methodologies.0.
• Emergency response planning (ERPHSE planning for Drilling / Work Over Operations (CT / Slick Line) operations / Construction project.
• Application of Hazard identification and risk assessment methods.
• Conducting TBT and JSA to be explained with examples.
• Monitoring and implementation of control measures for H2S safety, LiftingSafety, Chemical Safety, Electrical Safety, work at height (WAH) Safety, Confined Space Safety, Pressurized System Safety, Derrick Floor Safety, Fire Safety, Road safety / Offshore safety.
• Monitoring / assurance of Permit to work (PTW) system.
• SWACOD experience is mandatory.
• Must possess valid HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
