Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring the company s health, safety, and environmental policies
• Support in conducting workplace inspections and reporting potential hazards
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, audits, and incident reports
• Assist in organizing safety training sessions and awareness programs for staff
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards
• Help in developing risk assessments and preventive safety measures
• Coordinate with different departments to promote a culture of safety and awareness
• Provide administrative support for documentation, permits, and compliance reports
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree/diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 2 years of experience in HSE support roles (preferably in Dubai)
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HSE regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent (preferred)
