Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This one position combines two important roles.
1 - The Talent Acquisition - for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing to onboarding. The role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with business needs and culture.
2 - The HRMIS - for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). The role ensures accurate HR data collection, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRMIS ROLE
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and agencies).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
- Support onboarding of new employees and facilitate smooth integration into the company.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
2. TALENT ACQUISITION ROLE
- Administer and maintain the HRMIS database, ensuring data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
- Collect, verify, and input employee information including recruitment, payroll, attendance, training, and performance data.
- Generate HR analytics, dashboards, and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Support HR teams with data-driven insights for workforce planning, talent management, and policy development.
- Troubleshoot HRMIS issues and liaise with IT/vendors for technical support and system upgrades.
- Train HR staff and end-users on HRMIS processes, reporting tools, and new functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to process automation and digital transformation of HR services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset to track and improve recruitment performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience in HRMIS/HR systems administration.
- Experience in high-volume or specialized hiring is an advantage.
- Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel/database knowledge.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to manage confidential employee data with integrity.
