Join the Research & Development department of Sopra HR Software and contribute to strategic projects around a key solution, deployed in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

As a Business Analyst/HRIS Tester, you will be required to:

Prepare datasets and write test books

Ensure compliance with and application of the testing and qualification methodology and procedures (test plan, scenarios, etc.)

Ensure the execution of functional tests and non-regression tests

Communicate on the malfunctions observed and the anomalies detected with the "DEV" team and the "Product Owners"

Ensure the review of anomalies and the follow-up of corrective measures

Lead acceptance follow-up meetings for subjects to be tested and/or qualified

Ensure communication on the progress of testing and qualification with the teams involved in the projects

Ensure regular reporting on activity to the teams involved in the projects

Qualifications

You have a Bac + 3 degree from a computer science school or equivalent

You have at least 3 years' experience in testing. Having experience in testing HRIS is a plus.

You have an appetite for computer tools and master the logic of tests

You have excellent oral and written communication skills

You have good interpersonal skills and you like to work in a team

You are committed to excellence and are sensitive to the user experience

Good experience in testing and qualification processes is required

A very good level in French and English
