Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business strategy into HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development to build a high-performing workforce.
- Lead and manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive and implement HR programs and initiatives, such as compensation and benefits, to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
- Consult with business units on organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring to optimize organizational structure.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR services and programs that meet the needs of the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Experience within the technology or financial services industry, showcasing relevant industry knowledge.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of using data to drive decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite, showing technological competency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative work style.
