HR & Transformation Consultant

Job description

As a consultant in our Casablanca offices, you will be required to support our local clients in various sectors of activity (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector, etc.), particularly in the context of the transformation of their HR department or functions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team on missions of a very varied nature such as:

Management of the HR function and human resources performance: organization of the HR function, CSR, HR management indicators,

Human resources development: recruitment, career, GPEC, training,

HR tools and information systems: project management and operational implementation,

Social management: studies, drafting of HR documents, preparation for negotiation,

Change management: communication plan, training, and support.

Learning: building a Learning & Development strategy, establishing a corporate culture that promotes learning, accelerating talent development.

You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, around various subjects:

The development or strengthening of our offers / deciphering innovations and current challenges,

The development of new opportunities through responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals,

The team's publication policy (writing articles, presentation of sector deciphering, studies, white papers, etc.).

Qualifications

A graduate of a major engineering school or a major management school, you ideally have a first successful experience of one to two years in consulting or with Human Resources Department on large-scale projects.

Fluent French and professional English are essential.
