Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Supervise payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update payroll systems and employee compensation records
- Preparation of Payroll including pensions and EOSB of employees and submission of report to management
- Ensure compliance with UAE Laws & regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve errors
- Collaborate with finance for audits and budget planning
Personnel Affairs
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
- Manage personnel files, contracts, and documentation in line with legal requirements
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
- Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data
Desired Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with labour laws and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
Excellent organizational and communication skills
