Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing contracts, induction plans, and compliance with labor laws.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through conflict resolution and consistent application of company policies.

Compliance and HR Administration

  • Ensure that HR operations comply with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and handle administrative tasks related to contracts, visas, benefits, and payroll coordination.

Employee Data Management

  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information in the HR system.
  • Regularly update and maintain employee data, including personal details, work history, and performance reviews.
  • Track and report on key HR Metrics

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Manage onboarding processes, including document preparation and employee orientation.
  • Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and company exit processes.
