Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks, while ensuring adherence to Saudization quotas.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and system setup.
- Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking reviews and providing guidance to managers.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
- Track participation and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Local Labor Law Adherence: Ensure all HR policies, employment contracts, leave management, and termination processes fully comply with Saudi labor regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist, with mandatory hands-on experience working in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in a joint venture or multinational company in KSA is highly preferred.
Required Knowledge & Skills
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Iqama/residency regulations, and the Nitaqat Saudization system.
Proven experience using Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high cultural awareness and discretion.
Language Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with government authorities, local employees, and management.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a compliance-driven mindset.
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
