Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Employees Relation & Organizational Culture

-Foster positive employee relations and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

-Maintain a deep understanding of the company s culture and values to ensure alignment across all HR activities.

-Communicate effectively with employees to resolve issues professionally and confidentially.

2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

-Monitor employees attendance records and manage annual vacation balances accurately.

-Assist in monthly payroll preparation and closing activities.

-Ensure timely and error-free updates of attendance, leave, and payroll data in the HR digital system.

3. Employee Lifecycle & Documentation

-Maintain comprehensive and updated employee files, ensuring proper documentation for hiring, transfers, and resignations.

-Coordinate with the Social Insurance office for all employee-related processes new hires, resignations, and ongoing compliance.

-Ensure full adherence to data confidentiality and record-keeping standards.

4. Recruitment & Job Analysis

-Learn and apply effective CV screening and shortlisting techniques.

-Conduct and update job analyses to maintain accurate job descriptions and role clarity across departments.

5. Medical Insurance & Benefits Administration

-Manage and follow up on medical insurance operations, including employee enrollments,and claims.

-Ensure effective communication between the company and the insurance provider.

6. Performance & Appraisal Systems

-Support the performance appraisal management process

-Assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends and training needs.

7. HR Systems & Compliance

-Operate and maintain HR digital systems to ensure smooth data management and reporting.

-Possess solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law both the old and new regulations and ensure full compliance in all HR operations.

8. Professional Attributes

-Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of following instructions with precision.

-Able to interact effectively with diverse employee profiles and management levels.

-Dedicated to contributing to organizational success and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree of business administration or relevant degree .

  • 2-3 years proven experience in human resources .
  • Very Good English and Arabic language; business written and spoken
  • Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, calm and patient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent behavior and attitude with all employees
  • Quick learner
  • Analytical Thinking and problem solving skills
