Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both white- and blue-collar recruitment along with proven experience in training and development. An industrial background is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Handles end-to-end recruitment process for white- and blue-collar positions.
Builds and maintains effective talent pipelines.
Assists in training needs analysis and coordinates training plans.
Communicates and coordinates with training centers.
Organizes and delivers training programs to support employee development.
Maintains HR records and ensure alignment with company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or other relevant
- From to two to four experiences in recruitment (Mass hiring) and training.
- Hands-on experience with both white- and blue-collar hiring.
- Strong knowledge of training design and implementation.
- Industrial sector experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
