Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Support recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the selection of top talent.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company guidelines.

Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation.

Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or large organization.

Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.

Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
