Job Vacancy HR Specialist

company ISG is looking to hire an **HR Specialist** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and supporting all employee-related processes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies and plans.
  • Handle recruitment activities (job descriptions, job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Support training and development programs and follow up on performance evaluations.
  • Assist in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and company regulations.
  • Contribute to improving workplace culture and employee engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good command of English.
