Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
