Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees.
- Manage employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor employee performance, support appraisals, and implement development plans.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor law compliance.
Proficiency in Odoo HR module is mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
Experience in employee engagement, talent management, and performance monitoring.
Prior experience in HR roles in Alexandria is preferred.
Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
