HR Specialist SIBCA ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPANY LIMITED

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and laws. The role is hands on to support HR.

• Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation sessions, and new hire integration.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including job changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding procedures.
• Act as the primary contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Payroll, Facilities) to ensure smooth onboarding and employee transitions.
• Track key employee milestones, such as probation completion, contract renewals, and performance review deadlines.
• Ensure legal and policy compliance, keeping employee documentation up-to-date and aligned with labor regulations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards, contributing to data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• All Ad hoc responsibilities to followed.
