Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and implement HR policies to enhance workplace culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor and record daily attendance, overtime, and leaves.
  • Prepare and verify attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Ensure proper documentation for absences and leave approvals.
  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries or grievances.
  • Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in coordination with HR.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date and handle site-level HR correspondence and documentation

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in a site-based environment (construction, contracting, manufacturing, or industrial sectors).
  • Experience handling attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations at the site level.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and social insurance procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently at the site while coordinating with head office HR.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be based full-time on-site and visit different project locations if required.
