Roles & Responsibilities

HR RECRUITER Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels Blue-collar hiring experience is mandatory Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Other Responsibilities: Support the performance management processes. Preserve employee records based on policy and legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives as well as systems. Handle the recruitment and selection process for technical, professional as well as managerial level. Manage disciplinary investigations, appeals as well as grievances. Assess employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Provide advice to management and staff on HR related issues. Monitor HR department’s budget Oversee daily operations of the HR department Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues on daily basics. Prepare HR documents, formats for company official use. Assisting & coordinating with payroll team for employee’s time management Design compensation and benefits packages Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, disciplinary, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Key Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management. At least two years of experience in the human resource department. Familiarity with the UAE labor law. Good problem solving and decision making aptitude Expertise in MS Office Good communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: HR Recruiter: 1 year (Required) Language: English/Hindi (Preferred)
