Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- ONLY CANDIDATES IN UAE WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY WILL BE CONSIDERED

- Responsible for end to end recruitment functions from the manpower requirement to selection

- Responsible for post hire stages and coordinate with PROs for collection of documents, issuance of residence visa in coordination with PRO etc.

- Responsible for post hire stages in conducting induction, issuance of Job description etc.

- Experienced in closing various positions in coordination with different departments / business entities

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR, particularly in hiring (Experience with construction industry is an advantage)

- Emiratization experience required (Those who were part of UAE Nationals hiring, have an advantage)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Can work under pressure and able to prioritize tasks accordingly

- Experience in UAE preferred, but home country experience shall also be considered

- HR educational background with good proficiency in Excel, HRMS systems etc.

- Candidates who can start immediately preferred (On visit visa / dependent's visa / cancelled residence visa)
