Position Description:

You will join the Human Resources Department and join a global shared services center with a multi-site team that works on topics related to HR administrative and HR information system issues

Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will carry out the following missions:

- Intervene on various HR files for France when expertise related to HR administration is required for a given

operational scope- Ensure compliance with HR

standards and procedures- Support and collaborate with our Shared Services Center in the execution of legal and administrative tasks (employment contracts, event letters, management of departures, etc.)

- Manage absences (in particular calculation of reductions and counters for paid leave and RTT),

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

With a higher education in Human Resources, you have at least two years of experience in a similar position.

Your analytical mind, your rigor, and your pragmatism will be assets for success in this position. Operational English is essential.
