Roles & Responsibilities

Job Role

  • Responsible for day-to-day Recruitment Activities
  • Responsible for Training Activities & Operations
  • Responsible for Employer Branding Activities.
  • Assess organizational structure and effectiveness, recommending changes to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor HR performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Guarantee continuous improvement through process review and optimization.
  • Use data and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and strategic needs.

The intern will learn:

  • An inside view of Prometeon's work environment of multinational & exposure to the Tyre manufacturing.
  • A chance to develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • An actual on-the-job training that will help secure better career opportunities in the future.

Internship Benefits:

  • Internship monthly allowance.
  • Company Daily Restaurant Meals.
  • Transportation provided to the factory (from the nearest meeting point).
  • Certificate by the end of the program.
  • Social Insurance.

Program monthly compensation Starts 5,000 EGP and is subjected to increase every 6 months based on performance.

Contract Duration: 6-month Renewable Contract based on performance and business needs for a maximum of 2 years.

Bonus: A quarter bonus is applied for interns with extra-ordinary performance & support in their departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc. Graduate Business Administration/Commerce Major HR, Economics or related fields. (2025 / 2024 / 2023 Graduates)
  • Alexandria Residence ONLY.
  • Males applying should have Military service defined (exempted or completed)
  • Fluency in English language both spoken & written in a MUST
  • HR Diploma is preferable.
  • Good Application and use of Computer Skills (Word, Excel ,and PowerPoint) is MUST.
  • Interested and passionate about HR Functions
  • Good planning and organizing skills and ability to process data.
  • Attentive & capable of working under pressure and in a team and individually.
  • High levels of confidentiality and commitment.
