Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and manage all HR documentation, policies, and procedures with high accuracy. Handle all MOHRE-related processes (visas, work permits, contracts) and manage employee registrations and contributions with the local pension fund.
Organize and coordinate internal events (educational workshops, annual corporate events, team-building activities) focusing on logistical and operational excellence.
Participate in developing and maintaining corporate culture through structured programs and clear communication.
Contribute to the employer brand by ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience at every operational touchpoint.
Act as a guardian of company policies, ensuring they are clearly communicated, accessible, and consistently followed.
Proactively identify and assist in optimizing HR processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Handle a variety of operational HR tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in Real Estate or a related fast-paced industry in the UAE market.
Have a process-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of HR processes.
Possess working knowledge and practical experience with UAE labor law and hands-on experience in processing transactions via the MOHRE portal and managing employee relations with the local pension fund.
Speak and write fluently in English, Ukrainian, or Russian.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are skilled at prioritizing operational tasks.
Have a presentable appearance for representing the HR function internally and externally.
Possess a high level of empathy coupled with a practical, analytical, and strategic mindset to balance people's needs with process efficiency.
Are highly self-organized and systematic in managing multiple operational workflows.
Live in Dubai and are eligible to work.
