Job Description

The role of the HR & Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership position responsible for directing the human resource and operational functions to drive organizational success. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in both areas, adept at optimizing workflow and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. As the HR & Operations Manager, you will streamline processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop policies that foster a productive workplace. Your leadership will be critical in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, cultivating a high-performance culture, and ensuring efficient operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of HR and operational management processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure operations run efficiently by optimizing procedures and resources.
  • Lead efforts to improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all employees.
  • Manage employee-related issues including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies consistently.
  • Develop and manage the HR and Operations departmental budget efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve and preemptively address any issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR and operational metrics.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Implement new technologies to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in HR or operations management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Experience with HR software and other management information systems is preferred.
