Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding, with a specific focus on Arabic-speaking employees.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficient reporting for the entire employee base, including Arabic-speaking staff.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, specifically for Arabic speakers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the local context, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and cultural sensitivities relevant to Arabic-speaking employees.
- Manage and oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and addressing any Arabic-speaking employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful integration of new hires, with a focus on Arabic-speaking talent.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, improve HR processes, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the employee experience for Arabic-speaking employees.
- Manage performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring fair and consistent performance evaluations for Arabic-speaking team members.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including language and cultural sensitivity training relevant to the Arabic-speaking workforce.
- Act as a key point of contact for Arabic-speaking employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters, and ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven experience in HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws and employment regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
