Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and exit
  • Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management processes
  • Lead succession planning, workforce readiness, and talent development strategies
  • Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools
  • Optimize workflows, implement KPIs, and lead cross-functional efficiency projects
  • Support organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Design and deliver training, leadership development, and upskilling programs
  • Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation
  • Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement strategies
  • Align HR and operational initiatives with business goals in partnership with leadership
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR and operational excellence roles
  • Proven success in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
  • Experience in change management, performance development, and succession planning
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to drive culture and organizational alignment
