Job Title: HR Officer (Female Only)

Job Description:
An HR Officer is responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, maintaining staff records, and ensuring compliance with Kuwait Labour Law. The role supports payroll coordination, attendance tracking, employee relations, and preparation of HR documents such as contracts and letters. Strong confidentiality, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Posting job adverts on portals and social media.
- Sourcing, screening, short-listing candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Conducting candidate assessments and orientation for new hires.

HR Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files (hard and soft copies).
- Draft official HR correspondence (letters, contracts, certificates).
- Administer attendance, performance reviews, and payroll support.

Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and Kuwait Labour Law.
- Assist in HR planning, policy reviews and recommend improvements.

Employee Support:
- Onboarding new employees and conducting inductions.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR issues.
- Support training needs analysis and coordination.

Office & Administrative Support:
- Coordinate HR documentation for visas, residencies, official renewals.
- Manage travel arrangements for staff or visitors.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
- HR certifications (SHRM/CIPD) are an advantage.
- Valid Driving license.
