Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling for senior executives.
• Handle domestic and international travel planning for the Amdani family, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Prepare the Dubai office to host guests, ensuring a polished, discreet, and welcoming environment.
• Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
Staff Oversight & Office Operations
• Lead and manage a support team to ensure seamless execution of administrative and operational duties.
• Maintain a well-run office environment including procurement, vendor management, and facilities oversight.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Household Liaison & HR Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for household staff at the Amdani residence.
• Support scheduling, leave tracking, and communication between residence staff and senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President on any HR-related matters for domestic staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 7+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage support staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Experience working in high-trust, high-discretion environments, ideally within family offices or UHNW households.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in scheduling, office tools, and travel logistics platforms.
• Discreet, composed, and highly professional in all situations.
